Please refer to the number below to get the correct measuring guides:
1. Bust: Measure is taken around the bust with the tape measure running on the same level in front, at the back, and on the side.
2. Waist: Measure waist circumference 3cm above the navel (smallest part of the waist).
3. Hip: Measure the hip circumference at the largest position. If your hips are larger than the butt, measure hips - above the butt and below the waist.
4. Shoulder: Measure the distance from the top of the left shoulder to the top of the right shoulder.
5. Biceps/ Upper Arms: Measure biceps circumference at the largest position.
6. Arm Hole: Use a tape measure to loosely measure around the armpit.
7. Bust Height: Measure from the collar stand to the bust's top.
8. Front Waist Drop: Measure from the collar stand to the waist.
9. Neck Size: Use a tape measure around the collar stand.
10. Your Height: Measure with a height measurement from the top of the head straight to the bottom of the heels.
12. Sleeve Length Request: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the wrist.
13.1. Dress Length Request (Measure from the collar stand): Measure from the collar stand across the top of the chest straight down to the customer's desired length.
13.2. Dress Length Request (Measure from the upper bust): Measure from the upper bust through the peak of the bust straight down to the customer's desired length.
14. Pants/Skirt Length Request: Measure from waist level to your desired length.

DELIVERY
Dispatch Time
Orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped worldwide, using 2 delivery service options
- Express shipping: 4-7 business days
- Standard shipping: 3 weeks
Shipping times may vary. We work closely with our trusted carriers to limit the delays, however, Lassy Vietnam does not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking upon the dispatch of your order. You can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number on the carrier’s website.
If the courier is not able to deliver your order, your order will be shipped back to us and we will refund you minus the shipping cost.
Changes to your order
If you need to make changes to the details of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that no changes will be permitted after the order is dispatched.
You can cancel your order for any reason, up until the order is dispatched. After that, you will not be able to cancel the order
Duties and Taxes
All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country will included at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.
By law, we must display the full product price on the package and cannot amend it to decrease the resulting duties and taxes.
If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
To return an unworn item in its original condition with the security tag intact, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the order to arrange a return shipment. After that, we cannot guarantee the refund for the returned item.
To receive a refund, minus the cost of shipment, the returned item must adhere to our returns policy.
The refund can be made using the original method of payment only. We will charge a refund (usually around 8%)
We ask you to check all items upon receipt before removing the original tags.
We ask you, where possible, to return items in their original packaging to ensure protection in transit.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned unworn and unused, in its original condition with all the tags attached.
If the item is returned without the original tags attached it does not adhere to our returns policy and will not be refunded.
You have to notify us about returning items from your order within 14 days of receipt.
